Announcement - LPC Roles & Responsibilities
Following the first meeting of the Letheringham Parish Council on Monday 22nd May, we wish to thank Paul Clarke for accepting his appointment as Chairman of the Parish Council for the year of 2023/2024.
At the meeting Andrew Maskery was also co-opted in as an additional member of the Parish Council and we thank him for putting himself forward.
Other responsibilities were allocated as follows:
Trevor Gill - Vice-chair, LPC Website, Planning
Jan McNeil - Highways & Rights of Way
Andrew Maskery - Planning
Malcolm Ross - Asset Register
The LPC appointed Terence Carlin as temporary volunteer Clerk & RFO to carry out the role and responsibilities as defined in s.112 of the Local Government Act 1972 for a maximum of six months and we thank Terence for accepting this temporary position.
