The Annual Parish Meeting for Letheringham will take place in Easton and Letheringham Village Hall on Monday May 12th at 7.00 pm.
You will find the agenda for the meeting on the Agenda page and the unapproved minutes from the 2024 meeting for approval will be available at the meeting.
This is a meeting chaired by the Chairman of the Parish Council where any elector in the parish can speak on an equal footing. Item four on the agenda gives a chance to raise issues, ask questions and make suggestions.
We hope to see many of you there.
The meeting will be followed by the Annual Parish Council Meeting. You are welcome to stay for that or leave after the parish meeting.
